January has been quite an interesting month. Here in Dayton, OH we set a NEW 24-hr snow fall record of 12.4 inches, beating the Blizzard of ‘78 record by nearly ¼ inch. Kimberly and I weathered this past weekend's storm just fine, but sadly it did affect our son and family's travel to Dayton. Hopefully, they’ll be able to rebook and make it here in February so the rest of the family can meet little Livy. We originally canceled our trip to see them in February when they booked to come home in January, but we still have our tickets for Cali to see them in April. Campaign C01 for 2026 got off to a good start with Team Sales Volume only short of making the National Top 100 Teams list by just under $500. Strong start for this year! C02 is on track to match/exceed C01 so this is exciting to see as well.


January also brought with it the Annual Avon Kickoff. Conducted via a Zoom call; when Avon Corporate announces their vision and many updates/new products, etc. for the coming year. While Kimberly and I were not able to watch all of it live, we will be going over the replays and reviewing slides this week. Meanwhile, some of the highlights include:

  • Avon is celebrating their 140th year since founding in 1886
  • One of their big focuses this year will be GROWTH - growth of brands/products and growth of the Avon community - growing Avon’s legacy for the years to come
  • 112 new beauty products were launched in 2025
  • 2025 saw an average order increase of 8%
  • 2025’s new variable compensation plan saw over $600,000 in additional commission for ambassadors
  • New products will be introduced in 2026 along with some current products being repackaged, such as Skin So Soft in C12 (June)
  • Prima will be returning in C04 as an Avon classic fragrance
  • New training opportunities including online and in-person
  • Avon Account Executives (AEs) have reorganized and renamed Field Strategy and Growth Managers. You may notice Avon emails coming from a different person than they have in the past. 
  • The 2026 Incentive trip will be to Los Cabos, Mexico. For most Ambassadors (Tier 1), qualifications start at $12,000 in base sales. For those that exceed $12k, the top 50 will earn a trip for one. For 5-Star Amb and above the qualifications are higher. ** This trip IS ACHIEVABLE IF you have a plan very early in the year and make the effort throughout the year, making adjustments as needed as the year unfolds. This is not a “you do, you get” incentive. Rather, each Ambassador has a personal goal, to achieve entry into the incentive then tiers vary in terms of how many of the top Ambassadors exceeding their personal goal in that particular tier achieve the trip. By the Way (BTW) - On Christmas Eve, we learned that grandchild number three, currently nick-named Itsy-Bitsy till her actual name is chosen, will be another girl.

Recognition


  • Sandra McMoore - Dayton, OH was the first Team member to break the $1,000 personal sales volume (PSV) milestone for 2026 during C01 and sailed right past $3000 by the end of C02. 
  • Kimberly Elam - Dayton, OH surpassed $2,000 by the end of C02. 
  • Cyndi A. - Metairie, LA surpassed $1,000 by the end of C02.
  • Carrie R - Troy, OH is on track to break $1000 in C03.


At this time we know that Sandra finished the 2025 year in Avon’s top 89 and Kimberly finished in the top 603 as determined by the number of ambassadors achieving their sales title or higher. We do not know their final standing for 2025 at this time, but at the close of C23, both ladies were on Avon’s Top 100 list for PSV. They also finished off 2025 at No.-2 and No.-4 in the State of Ohio for PSV, respectively.


Incentives


Beauty of Consistency Incentive - for all Ambassadors - C01 through C07 (31 Dec - 7 Apr)

  • Have SIX out of SEVEN campaigns with PSV of $250 or more and earn an Avon product bundle valued at $175. 10-Star ambs and above need $500+ in PSV, 6 of 7 campaigns to earn a $300 bundle.


Power Up Your 1st 4 Incentive - NEW Ambassadors only - C01 through C07 (31 Dec - 7 Apr)

  • Have PSV of $100+ during any of your first six-full campaigns and earn an Avon product bundle valued up to $50. There are four different bundles to earn. Earn ALL FOUR and you’ll receive a 5th surprise bundle, valued up to $100. Total value of all five bundles ~$300.


Go Far 2026 - Las Cabos - C02 2026- C01 2027 - ALL Ambassadors

  • For most Ambs - achieve $12,000+ in PSV and you’ll be eligible to earn. The Top 50 over $12,000 will earn a trip for one.
  • Ambs with 2025 PSV of $8,000+ have higher qualification requirements. See the Incentives Hub for your specific requirements.

See the newest products available to customers by going to Avon.com and selecting the Shop tab and then New Arrivals. As an Ambassador you can also select the Shop tab and then What’s New to see products available to Ambs, but not yet available to online customers. However, we also post links to preview copies of the What’s New brochure on the Team Facebook pages where you see upcoming products and special offers even sooner.
