Have you recently hit a wall?

Like many, world events, constant worrying news, and non-stop work since May have left me feeling drained and anxious about our collective future.

Taking a week to reset (including a rather bracing barefoot walk on Holy Island's causeway at -2°C!) brought unexpected clarity: we're not just facing change, we're transitioning between eras.

What I've observed is this:

- We're moving from the Preserver Era (maintaining systems) 

- Through the current Destroyer Era (dismantling without rebuilding)

- Towards a Regenerator Era (where compassionate leaders will build anew)

The exciting part? Regenerative Leadership is already emerging. It's about authentic connection to purpose while maintaining our humanity - something I believe is crucial as we navigate these challenging times.
