Brave Reflections: Your time as a Regenerative Leaders is Now

Dec 09, 2024 2:10 pm

Hello , my fellow pioneer

Everything is OK. Yes, really.

I know the world feels chaotic right now - perhaps even a bit mad. But what if I told you that you have an essential role to play in this shifting landscape? What if your deep care for humanity and the planet, your creative problem-solving, and your drive to challenge inequalities are exactly what's needed right now? And that you absolutely have your place in this changing world.

You see, we're entering a new era of leadership. While some are focused on maintaining the status quo and others seem intent on dismantling everything, there's a third way: regeneration. And this is where you come in.

As a regenerative leader, you're naturally:

- Connected to humanity and the planet

- Driven by purpose rather than power

- Able to think differently about solving problems

- Ready to call out inequality and injustice

- A vital link in your community

Your ability to see both the bigger picture and what's happening on the ground makes you uniquely positioned to help rebuild and reshape our future, and hold those who are the most vulnerable in our communities.

But I know it can feel exhausting and sometimes lonely.

That's why I'd like to invite you to start 2025 differently. Join me on 4th January for BREATHE - a walk and talk in the hills where you can:

- Make sense of this mad world we live in

- Connect with the wilderness and nature

- Meet like-minded humans

- Find space to just be

This is a Pay As You Can event, because I believe this kind of support should be accessible to all regenerative leaders.

or you can join our twice monthly group coaching and anchoring sessions so you can explore what’s going on in a safe space with other leaders, and build your strength up.

Would you like to start your year with clarity and connection?

Here’s to your brilliance

P.S. The walk will go ahead in all weather (we're brave, remember!), so bring appropriate gear.
