It’s been a rough week. What started as a simple toothache turned into a full-blown abscess... hands down the most painful experience of my life (and I’ve given birth!). For a few days, I looked like I’d lost a bar fight. 😅

Thankfully, the swelling’s down, I’m looking a lot more human again, and things are finally getting back to normal.

Pain isn’t exactly conducive to writing, so I didn’t get much done while I was looking like a lopsided chipmunk. 😅

That said, I did manage to finish edits on my next Monsters of New York installment (yay!) 🎉

And right now, I’m deep in edits for The Sanctuary: Book 3 — it’s coming together beautifully, and I can’t wait for you all to see where the story goes next.
