Happy December, Honeys!

Can you believe it's already the last month of 2025? It seems like only yesterday we were ringing in the year. So much has happened in all our lives, and yet we're here, getting ready to bid another year goodbye. Are you ready for the madness that is December?

Winsome Bernard shook off the memory of the voice in her head. It sounded so real that she briefly closed her eyes to resist the urge to look over her shoulder in the direction it seemed to come from. Why that deep voice and those particular words had invaded her thoughts on this particular morning, she couldn’t say. As she flipped the last pancake on the griddle, she wished he would leave the same way he’d arrived—silently, without warning. She didn’t have time for this foolishness; she needed to finish making breakfast for twelve guests.
