Hey there!

If you...

  • have a bowel movement 1-3 times a day
  • feel energized after a meal
  • can eat any type of food without having a reaction
  • can be in public without worrying about where the bathroom is
  • and your stools are #3 or #4 on the Bristol chart...

Then this email is NOT for you!

However if you...

  • have less than 1 bowel movement a day
  • have loose stools
  • feel bloated or gassy after meals
  • feel terrible after eating certain foods...

Then you need a GI-Map to get to the bottom of your symptoms!

Let's say you're somewhere in the middle of the two, and you're also struggling with other conditions that don't present with gastrointestinal symptoms.

For example...

Stubborn belly fat: GI inflammation has the potential to inhibit the breakdown of stored fats. A leaky gut can disrupt and inhibit lipolysis, the breakdown of fat, and increase lipogenesis, the storing of fat. You can be doing all the right things but struggle to maintain a healthy weight if your gut is inflamed.

Eczema or skin issues: the root cause of your skin issue could be GI disturbances and food sensitivities.

Infertility, menstrual pain, or take Hormone Replacement Therapy: healthy microflora is essential for proper estrogen metabolism, and gut dysbiosis can increase our overall estrogen load leading to estrogen dominance in both males and females.

Autoimmune disease: believe it or not, there is always a gastrointestinal connection with any type of autoimmune disease. Getting to the bottom of digestive capacity, the presence of pathogens or food sensitivities can be huge for people who deal with autoimmune disease.

A mood disorder, like depression, anxiety, mania, bipolar, ADD, or ADHD: digestion plays a huge role in the production of neurotransmitters.

The truth is almost any condition can be linked to digestion.

So what is a GI-Map?

The GI-Map is a stool analysis test that goes beyond traditional stool testing techniques like culturing or microscopy that can miss detecting bacterial species. The GI-Map gives quantitative information about many pathogens instead of qualitative (positive or negative) which gives us critical information and can pick up on pathogens otherwise missed.

With the results of a GI-Map we can see:

  • if there are any pathogens present (like parasites, viruses, fungi/yeast),
  • if our microbiome is strong and robust, or imbalanced and needing support
  • how well we digest food, evidenced by markers that reflect enzyme output and fat digestion, which in turn tells us how well we absorb nutrients
  • if inflammation is present
  • if immune activity is elevated or depressed
  • which strains of bacteria in the microbiome are low or high, and an overall big picture look at the health of our digestive tract.

I am now offering GI-Map testing to my clients! If you are experiencing any type of digestive issues, this is a great option to get to the bottom of your symptoms and finally find relief.

To jumpstart this new offering in my practice, I'm offering the first 5 people to sign up my GI-Map package at a discounted price! I've seen practitioners online who offer the same testing and analysis for packages ranging from $1,000-$3,000, so jump on this deal now!

For more details about the package, check out my website. Respond to this email or book a discovery call if you are interested and we can chat!

With gratitude,
