Allow me to reintroduce myself...

Hello Friends,
I am Daphne McLean, author of the Pembury Acres Cozy Mystery Series, and I am so happy to welcome you here. Some of you recently reached out saying you were not sure who I was, so please allow me to reintroduce myself. You are receiving this email because at some point you signed up for a promotion or selected to receive my newsletter, and I am truly glad you are here.
I write small town mysteries filled with heart, humor, and a touch of suspense. My debut novel, Red Picket Fences, introduced Jennifer Temple, a stay at home mom who finds herself solving mysteries in her quiet and picturesque town of Pembury Acres. Writing her journey has been one of the greatest joys of my creative life.
A bit about me. I moved from New Jersey to a peaceful corner of Connecticut, a change that felt like stepping into one of my own cozy stories. When I am not writing, you can usually find me with a fresh cup of coffee, curled up with a book, working on a crochet project, tending my garden, or spending time with my two wonderful kids and our energetic puppy.
Right now I am deep into a Christmas themed novel. Writing festive scenes outside of December can be a challenge, but I am embracing the process and doing my best to capture that holiday magic on the page.
I am so glad you are here. I look forward to sharing updates, connecting with you, and building this cozy community of readers together.
Thank you for reading.
Warmly,
Daphne McLean
