Day Crafting: The Remarkable Day Memory Enhancing Exercise

Dec 22, 2022 3:19 pm

Hi

Here’s my last newsletter for 2022. It follows on from the story in the last newsletter about the man who could only count 14 happy days in his life. I’d like to help anyone in a similar situation improve their recall.

One of the earliest ideas I had for Day Crafting was being able to design perfect days – or Remarkable Days as I’ve called them in the Body-clock Workbook. Being able to design and live them is only the first step. The ongoing benefits come from being able to recall them. We explored these ideas in MAPS this month and I’ve turned the exercise into this resource you can print out and complete some time over the holiday. I’m fairly sure your memories of this year’s positive Remarkable Days will be all the richer for doing so.

I have one last favour to ask. I’d love it if you could help me add a few more subscribers to this newsletter list. Below you’ll see a ’Share Now’ button which gives you a link you can share with your networks or on social media. At the time of writing, I’m 20 short of the target I was hoping to reach by the end of this year. They will get a link to this exercise, a primer course and 50% off the workbooks.

Wishing you a few weeks of Remarkable Days,

Bruce

PS: Today is Mathematics Day. Sounds fun doesn’t it? Or maybe go with National Date Nut Bread Day. Tomorrow is Festivus (made famous by ... ?)
