We're going to explore the energy budget and Connection in more depth, how we affect each other's energy budgets. On the Apprentice Course, we explore how purpose and Play seem to increase energy – we can add to this by exploring another factor, that through Connection, we can regulate one another's energy budgets positively ... and negatively.

This is the session I had intended for our June set, which was cancelled.
