We hope this email finds you buzzing with excitement as we near the highly anticipated RiseUP Film Fest! We are thrilled to have you as part of this empowering event, and we want to provide you with some important information to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for everyone involved.

1) Before the Event:

• Doors open at 1:00 PM on May 28th, but please feel free to drop by earlier if you wish. We'll have a designated area for you to relax and prepare before your film is showcased.
• Take this time to mingle with fellow entrepreneurs, connect with the amazing Jelly Social community, and soak up the positive energy that will be buzzing throughout the venue.

2) During the Event:

• The films will be shown in 2 groups
• Group 1: Jude; Murwan; Gail; Ibrahim
• Group 2: Adonis; Sagal; Jason; Annie
• After your film is screened, we'll invite you on stage for a short Q&A session. This is an opportunity for you to share insights, experiences, and inspire others with your journey as a BIPOC entrepreneur.
• Engage with the audience, embrace the applause, and let your passion shine through as you interact with the attendees. We know you'll rock the stage!

3) After the Event:

• We would love to gather some data and metrics to understand the impact of RiseUP on your business. This could include website traffic, social media engagement, new leads, and sales. Please keep track of these metrics and be ready to share them with us.
• The easiest way to track website visits is through Google Analytics, while Instagram/Facebook insights can provide valuable data on new followers, likes, and shares. Additionally, please share any anonymized sales/leads data you've gathered during this time, if you're comfortable with it.

4) Inviting Guests:

• Tickets for the RiseUP Film Fest are nearly sold out! If there are any supporters you would like to invite, please encourage them to register as soon as possible.
