Recently I have been having a lot of conversations with friends about what exactly is grounding and how do they do it? I found so many people, self included, struggle to define it and we all have unique ways of attaining it.
Interestingly, it came up in a client call this week and so we wanted to share The Council's perspective on what exactly grounding is and how to do it.
