I am so excited to be your preferred coach in March. I genuinely enjoy helping individuals and teams reach their personal or professional goals. 

Let me tell you a bit about my role as an Executive coach. An Executive Coach is a consultant and coach who works with executives, high-level employees, and individuals with the potential to develop their capacities to achieve their goals and improve their leadership and executive skills.

The goals of executive coaching are different in every case, as they are based on the responsibilities, weaknesses, and aspirations of the individual receiving the training.

However, common goals include improved focus and vision, the ability to handle internal conflicts, relationship, and team building, and improved decision-making and stress management.

I like to know your goals during our one-on-one clarity call this week, so think about all the goals you want to achieve before our meeting. If possible, pen them down so we can maximize our 1 hour call.
