With all the changes that come through the years, physically, emotionally, climatically – is that a word? and more - it’s easy to feel just plain down and blah. On top of that, society doesn’t do much either to support us through this time of life.

That’s why I’m so glad my friends at YMI – mission partner to the YMCA decided to do something about it!

They’ve organized the Beyond Limits event just to help you live your best life - and gathered over 15 experts, specialists, and coaches (including me!) in the fields of mental health, leadership, environment and immigration to give you FREE gifts and tools to help you do that!

This is a summit with a difference. We are community volunteers who are crazy enough to think we can make a difference in the world. From help with health/wellness, to finances/wealth, to relationships, to food security and the effects of climate change, and if you’re looking to migrate - we’ve got you covered too.

Our speakers come from 8 countries across the globe and bring a widely divergent view of the world. So if you are ready to expand your horizon and open to seeing/hearing the views of people across the pond - then join us.
