Let's Embark on a Journey to Authentic Self-Discovery

Dear ,
Following on yesterday's email, I wanted us to look at a question that we've all asked ourselves at some point in our lives.
"Who am I?"
Our identity isn't formed in a vacuum. It's shaped by our experiences, including both our leadership roles and the traumas we've faced. Over the next seven days, I'd like us to like us to examine how these seemingly opposite forces —the power of leadership and the vulnerability of trauma, have uniquely shaped who you are today.
You might be surprised to discover how your most challenging moments have strengthened your capacity to lead, or how your leadership style reflects healing from past wounds.
Tomorrow, we'll begin by exploring the masks we wear and the stories we tell ourselves.
For today, I invite you to simply sit with this question: If you were to describe yourself without mentioning your job, relationships, or achievements, who would you say you are?
Until tomorrow,
Dr. H | Cultivating Quiet Power & Lasting Confidence
