I am a mountain girl. I was born in Jamaica, which, despite what many people think, is more than just a beach. It actually is pretty mountainous (by our standards).

I live in an area surrounded by mountains, and when I look up, I think of strength. When I am in the mountains, especially when I am on the top, looking across the hills, or on my favourite mountain overlooking the sea, I feel as if I am in a thin place, as if I can touch God.

Today's reel reminds us that we are as unmovable as mountains when it comes to our safety and peace. You don't have to shrink yourself or compromise your well-being this holiday season.
