Hey Calm & Colorful Mama!!
Welcome to the first Monday of October. And whether that feels unbelievable because it’s flying by so fast or because it’s dragging, I just want to drop a quick note to say you’re doing a good job.
When your little one is having a tough moment, try this simple 'Colorful Calm' exercise with them. Ask them to close their eyes and think of their favorite color, imagining it starting at their toes and filling them up as they breathe in. When they breathe out, they can picture that color glowing all around them, like a comforting, safe light. It’s a great way to help them feel calm, and it taps into their creativity too. Plus, it’s a sweet bonding moment for you both!
I know we all have our ups and downs. But in case no one has told you lately, you’re doing great.
