Do you like pickles?
One pick I really can’t stand?
Both children and parents today are under a lot of pressure. Whether it's school stress, work worries, or the impact of social media, everyone's feeling the strain.
Here’s how I get out of it:

During our coaching sessions, I'll help your family recognize the signs of stress early on. We'll go over practical techniques like mindfulness, simple breathing exercises, and the importance of open communication to manage and reduce anxiety. Together, we can create a calmer, more connected family environment.
