Hi good people,

I hope you are enjoying your summer!

First up I have invited fellow painter and friend Michelle Cobbin to show with me at the Fishing Quarter Gallery on Brighton seafront at the end of July. We've shown our work together before, as part of the Ruminators Art Collective, and we've had numerous discussions over time about how our shared interest in abstraction, colour and contemplative practices manifests in different ways. I'd love you to come along and view our exhibition.

A little more about the work....

I am an abstract painter experimenting with enamel paints and other chemicals on to glass creating internal and universal landscapes. I am in wonder of the connection of the repeated symmetry of forms found in nature, from the universe to our own physiology.

My paintings work with light, either in the form of refraction using daylight through the glass or lit from behind as a lightboxes.

These high quality giclée prints are of my largest back lit paintings which show the luminosity of the original glass works as they were photographed in the dark showing the intensity of the lit work at its strongest.

I have a MA from the Royal College of Art and my work is exhibited nationally and internationally and in private and public collections.

Still open!
