I have neglected you all, and I am sorry, but summer needed my attention! I just returned from a bucket list adventure with my brother and sister, chasing the gorgeous larch trees in the mountains. We hiked over 25k and had many belly laughs. I was keeping track of the funny one-liners and have decided that there is no more beautiful music than three adult siblings belly-laughing together in front of a fire! You can see the videos on my IG, and I am also doing the #100daysofhappy challenge there, which is a lot of fun! Join in if you want and tag me! It helps one focus on how rich their life is with the little things, the other things. What does it mean to be rich? Consider what wealth means regarding time, social connections, mental wellness, physical health, and financial freedom. I can say without any doubt that it isn't always about your bank account. If you have no time to "do the things," all the money to "do the things" doesn't matter.

Tessa Jordan, author of Brave Beyond Measure, is working on her second book of poetry in her BRAVE series. She has also expanded the Pen & Page Bookshop in Wynard and is killing it out there, offering local products and opportunities to the people of rural Saskatchewan.
