Greetings from the Big Apple! 

This week finds me in New York City, catching up with an old university friend (we've known each other since we were 19!) and soaking up the vibrant energy of this incredible city.

But it's not all play and no work!

This morning, I had the pleasure of meeting with a disruptive player in the CRM/SaaS market. This fantastic company of 32 people, which I've partnered with in the UK since pre-Covid, has been inspiring.

Their successful expansion into the US market proves that anything is possible with the right team and a bold vision.

Of course, no trip to New York would be complete without a Broadway show; this time, it was Hamilton (for the tenth time ... fourth in Manhattan!).

Yes, I'm officially obsessed.

But hey, who can resist the infectious energy, the incredible storytelling, and the sheer brilliance of Lin-Manuel Miranda's creation?

Seeing the show again sparked some fresh insights that are incredibly relevant to hiring in 2025.

Here are a few "Hamilton-inspired" takeaways:
