Following up on my last email, I wanted to share some even more exciting news... and get your input on something!

First, the news: I've sold Your People Partners. In fact, today is my final day.

I have launched a brand new company called TalentJet Group! 🚀 

We're taking a two-pronged approach to recruitment:

1. 🔋 Helping ambitious companies like yours SOAR!

We're here to support ambitious and growing companies by providing top-tier retained hiring talent. Think of us as your recruitment strategists and talent pool builders, helping you:

• Mould your recruitment strategies: Say goodbye to haphazard hiring and hello to a plan that actually works!
• Create talent pools you can dive into at any point: Need a marketing whiz now? No problem, we've got you covered.
• Hire all your staff as you head through major growth phases in 2025 and 2026: We'll be your recruitment partner every step of the way.

2. 🤖 Championing "Robotics for Good"

My 8 years of experience with a major robotics company, many as their internal talent partner, have shown me just how much incredible robotics talent is out there.

But there are not nearly enough robotics roles to go around!

That's why TalentJet Group is also dedicated to:

• Helping robotics graduates find their dream jobs: We'll connect them with companies doing amazing things around the world.
• Focusing on "robotics for good": Think no defence or military projects – just projects that make a real difference in the world and the people who call it home.

Here's the thing: 

Last time around, I asked for your thoughts on my new direction.

I heard your feedback loud and clear! 

Many of you loved the option to have the strategy calls and DIY your recruitment (or at least minimise those pesky recruitment fees 😉) with my help.

So, guess what? 

😍 I'll still be running in-person workshops in Bristol and London. 

🤩 I am still with Virgin Start-Up and the British Library as their selected Delivery Partner for all hiring-related workshops. 

❓And I will be hosting online "Ask Me Anything" sessions – you're more than welcome to join!

Your insights into what you need, the problems you come across when hiring, will help me shape TalentJet Group into the ultimate recruitment partner for ambitious companies like yours.

So please feel free to keep telling me what you need, what you don't need and how effective recruitment strategies can help you.

🇺🇸 Looking further ahead...

On a more personal note, many of you know that my son has been through a lot in his 19 years after his childhood cancer diagnosis and brain tumour. He's doing amazingly well now and has decided he wants to explore more of the US as he navigates adulthood (which, as a dual US/UK citizen myself, I'm thrilled about and, as his mom, super proud that he may eventually be independent despite his medical team's prognosis!).

To support him in this, I'm also working on a long-term strategy to build a thriving TalentJet Group presence in the US.
