On Monday night, I did something truly magical.

I took my (almost!) 20-year-old son to see The Muppets Christmas Carol at the cinema. Yes, you read that right. 🥹

We've watched this classic at least 18 times together over the years, but seeing it on the big screen was a whole new level of joy.

The music, the humour, the heartwarming story... it just hit different!

And yes, we may have sung along to every song and chuckled with both Kermit and Michael Caine. 🤫

But here's the thing.

Beyond the festive fun, this movie got me thinking about something pretty important – how we treat each other, especially in the workplace.

Scrooge's transformation from a grumpy, miserly boss to a generous, kind-hearted employer is a powerful reminder of the impact we have on the people around us.
