Where did this month go?! Was it a blur for you, like it was for me? I am grateful for everything that has happened this month - the challenges and the wins. I hope your month was productive, meaningful and provided you with rest.

This Month at Eikon Labs

We've had an exciting month here at Eikon Labs! Here are some things we've been working on:

-LinkedIn Cohort: We are rolling out a 4 week LinkedIn cohort this summer that will equip participants with the strategies to attract high-quality leads and grow your personal brand on LinkedIn. We are partnering with Venture Cafe to host a webinar that will tease out this topic as well.

-The Inflection Podcast: Our podcast, The Inflection Podcast, is at an inflection point (pun intended) as we look at the future of the show and explore sponsorships.

Here are some of our podcast stats:

• 1,071 plays
• 19 plays per episode (plays within the first 3 weeks of posting)
• 70% of our audience is from the US, 8% from Honduras, 6% from India and the remaining 16% are from various countries.
• The majority of our audience (71.4%) is between 28-44 years old.

-Conference Opportunity: I am honored to be a speaker at the Qualtrics X4 conference coming up. I will speak on the work I am doing for the state of AZ to build a digital innovation and solutions office.

Product Highlight

We'd like to highlight our friends at Uizard for the great tool they created. Uizard lets users create UI designs with the power of AI and collaborate with teams in real time. Eikon Labs is partnering with Uizard to leverage their tech and test out new features before it hits the broader market.

What We Are Learning

Last week, we released an episode of the Inflection Podcast with guest Alan Stein, CEO & Chief Accelerator at Kadima Careers. Alan is uniquely skilled at empowering ambitious professionals to land better jobs quickly, confidently and with lots more money. As an expert on how to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the job market, Alan shares industry hiring trends, how underrepresented groups can earn higher paying jobs, and the importance of negotiation tactics when accepting a new role
