Solstice Reflections: What I’m Letting Go Of
Dec 21, 2025 2:01 pm
Hi beautiful soul,
Today marks the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year.
It’s also a threshold.
Not a moment to push forward.
Not a time to force clarity.
But a natural pause — one that invites honesty, rest, and discernment.
This Solstice is paired with a New Moon in Sagittarius, asking us to tell the truth about what we believe, what matters now, and what no longer fits. And as Capricorn season begins, the energy quietly shifts toward structure, sustainability, and long-term integrity.
Together, these energies are asking a simple but profound question:
What are you done carrying forward?
🌑 A Personal Reflection
As I move through this Solstice, I’m choosing to enter a quieter, more intentional chapter — both personally and in my work.
Some things I loved no longer belong in the next season.
Some ways of working don’t honor my capacity anymore.
Some expectations are ready to be released.
This isn’t an ending filled with drama.
It’s an ending rooted in clarity.
I’m no longer building from urgency.
I’m building from truth.
🕯 The Sacred Pause
This is why I’ve been holding space for The Sacred Pause.
Not as a push toward reinvention —
but as an invitation to rest, release, and realign before the new year begins.
Today, I’m guiding Solstice Surrender — a free, gentle release ritual to help lay down what you can’t carry into 2026.
No fixing.
No forcing.
Just space to exhale.

🎄 As We Move Toward Christmas
I want to thank each and everyone of you being a part of this community!
You mean the world to me and my wish is for you and yours to have a peaceful Christmas full of love, laughter and presence. The 12 Days of Giveaways is still running, enter to win before Dec 24!
This season doesn’t ask for perfection.
You don’t need to:
• have it all figured out
• hold everyone together
• perform joy
• explain your boundaries
Let presence be enough.
Let rest be sacred.
Let softness be allowed.
The light always returns — but it begins quietly.
With warmth and reverence,
Christine J Gold
