Chances are you on are a journey
A fitness journey
A life journey
A day by day journey
Yeah so what's that got to do with change?
ITS GOT EVERYTHING TO DO WITH IT
It's the journey that changes you
NOT AN END GOAL
Everyday might feel the same
But if you have something to work towards
If you are building something
A new routine
New workouts or runs
Doing things you've never done before
Going to places (mentally and/or physically) you've never been before
You are changing your physical and mental landscape
This is no small thing
This is the amazing thing about being Human
This is what is amazing about life
Embrace the day to day
'You are under no obligation to be the person you were 5 minutes ago' (Good quote, can't remember who from!)
You are literally changing who you are
Building character
Building resilience
Building confidence
Building your body
Building your mindset
All of these things over time will change you
You'll begin to see future challenges in a different way
You'll being to see YOURSELF in a different way
You'll begin to believe that you can do anything you set yourself out to do
It all comes down to a decision
Who do you want to become?
Once you have that perfect image of your ideal self fully fledged in your mind, your life will change for the better.
