I'll be honest with you guys, it's been pretty hectic these past few weeks and neither I, nor the team has had the time to do our research and put something together for this edition of the Growth Sprout.

So in keeping with the theme of the season, I decided to leave you guys with some food for thought.

As we dust off our holiday decorations and prepare for the festive season (I'm sure some of this have done this weeks ago), I can’t help but think of our businesses like a well-tended Christmas tree. 🌲

Just as we carefully select our ornaments, each representing a unique facet of our growth, entrepreneurs should curate their strategies to shine bright in the marketplace.

Remember, even the most beautifully decorated tree needs a sturdy trunk to stand tall. This is your foundation - your mission, , your strategy and your relentless drive to succeed.

As we approach the end of the year, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what ornaments you need to add or perhaps remove.

Are there strategies that no longer serve you?

It might be time to trim the branches and make room for new growth.

After all, a tree that doesn’t shed its old needles can’t grow new ones!

This holiday season, let’s not just hang ornaments; let’s nurture the roots that will support our future ambitions.

Spend quality time with family, recharge your batteries, and remember why you started on this entrepreneurial journey.

So grab a cup of hot cocoa ☕️, (or whatever else you fancy) put your feet up, and take a moment to renew your enthusiasm.

When the New Year rolls around, you’ll be ready to sprout even more!
