HOW TO OVERCOME ANXIETY

Hi,

Anxiety can be a real struggle. It's hard to know what to do when you're feeling overwhelmed and out of control.


But there are some things that can help. Here are a few of my favorite tips for managing anxiety:


1. Identify your triggers. What are the things that set off your anxiety? Once you know what they are, you can start to avoid them or plan for them.


2. Stay in the present. One of the things that can make anxiety worse is dwelling on past events or worrying about the future. If you can focus on the present moment, it can help to calm your anxiety.


3. Get moving. Exercise is a great way to release tension and work through anxiety. Even if you can't go for a run or hit the gym, a simple walk can make a big difference.


4. Talk to someone. It can be really helpful to talk to someone who understands what you're going through. Sometimes it's helpful to see things from a different perspective.
