Dear Firestarter ,

Are you counting down to the end of the year 2024?

Wow, God is good.

I just came off a season of prayers and intentionally seeking the mind of God concerning the new year, here is one of the things revealed to me, one truth that gripped my heart: The promises of God concerning you are not only great scriptures - they are you, you at your core. Let that sink in for a moment.

We often chase after promises like they're distant dreams, but what if I told you that you're already carrying them in your DNA? What if the very essence of who you are is intricately woven with these divine promises?

This is not positive thinking - it's identity thinking. It's understanding that when God speaks a promise over your life, He's not just making a future prediction; He's declaring who you already are in His eyes. Stop confining yourself.

For example, when He promised, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go" (Psalm 32:8), you become ‘the Guided One’. Think about that! You're walking with divine GPS, your positions align with heaven's view; you’re not running blindly. 

So what promise are you waiting for, or you haven't experienced it yet this year? How about we change our relationship with that word or with that revelation and take the position of identity?

As a Firestarter, you're not waiting to become these things - you're awakening to who you already are. We no longer wait for time and chances to happen, but we are the HAPPENINGS of this time. Na we dey happen! We walk in audacity. We are the promise.

We do not just run with the excitement of a declaration when they talk in church or we get a word, we embody the promises of God, by being.
