We will like to get your feedback on what we are trying to bring to the emerging markets starting from Africa Sub-Sahara.

TRIBES CAPITAL is developing a micro-leasing crowdfund marketplace where anyone anywhere could invest for a return of 7-15% annually to enable SMEs in emerging market to switch to a more sustainable energy solution at no cost, lowering their energy bills by up to 20%.

These projects are thoroughly vetted via our stringent due diligence before listing it on our open & transparent transactional platform with real-time access to revenue stream.

All investors/SMEs goes through a decentralised KYC/AML global check...also we currently undergoing UK FSA registration too.

The energy consumers (schools, hospital etc) will pay monthly to the platform where automatically we take away our management commission (~12%), insurance (~5%), maintenance (~3%) and remit the rest to investors (~75-80%).

From possible investors point of view I will like to gather some of your thoughts and feedback:

1. What ROI will it be substantial enough for you if everything ticks your boxes? I'm happy if you can give me a range too?
2. Is this a potential project for you to invest or recommend to other people?
3. Could there be any other pricing model you might favour?
4. What are other man questions you will like answers to before even considering support this?
