Celebrating Staff | Years of Service Awards

Whittier hospitals celebrated employees’ years of service 💪

Our Years of Service ceremonies celebrated our team members at Bradford and Westborough who have reached milestones at Whittier: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and even 40 years of service!!! As one person commented on facebook “This is why Whittier is the best! Great people who stay!!! Congratulations!” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. Sharing care practices | Whittier Westborough

Whittier hosted a French delegation from Dialog Health and FHP SM to share insights about post-acute care and rehabilitation in the USA.

Our team was proud to welcome eighteen French healthcare delegates and their translators on October 2, 2025 to tour our facility and gain insights into rehabilitation services at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital-Westborough. Whittier Administrator Rebecca Roman said, “We were honored to have been chosen by our French colleagues to visit Whittier on their immersive study tour of various U.S. facilities, and to share our care practices and innovations with their team members.”

Limb-It-Less Together 2025 was a success! 👏

It was a great day on September 20! Our Limb-It Less Together event showcased the synergy between Whittier and Cornell Orthotics & Prosthetics, and the community turnout was awesome. Our event featured our many suppliers and exhibitors, as well as our “One Stop Clinic,” unique to the area, that allows amputee patients to have ALL their needs addressed in one convenient location. Employee of the Year | Whittier Bradford

Please join us in congratulating our Employee of the Year at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital-Bradford: Caitlin Clifford! 👏

Caitlin is our outpatient office manager and has been a huge asset to the outpatient team. She is a strong, skilled office leader and is always willing to jump in and help however needed. Whether it is a wheelchair follow or calling a difficult insurance and holding on the phone for 60+ minutes, Caitlin will get the job done. She has worked hard to create new systems in the office and has organized and streamlined office efficiency. She is just a phone call away for outpatient staff and patients alike who have billing or insurance questions. She is truly dedicated to doing what she can to make sure patients receive top quality care at Whittier.

• Did you know that at Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital-Bradford, our Pulmonary Program and Outpatient Stroke Programs are both certified under the Joint Commission Disease Specific certification standards?

• In addition to our Amputee and ALS group meetings, we also offer a weekly Aphasia group at our Westborough location. If you or a loved one has Aphasia and think you may benefit from group therapy, please contact our outpatient department for more details at (508) 871-2077.
