I’m a big believer in delivering as much value as I can to our community.
That’s why, within The Cycle Lean Community we cover all aspects of training, not just cycling.
For example, we provide each member with a strength training plan to build more muscle and improve their cycling economy.
Improved their cycling power so they rely less on energy-guzzling Type II muscle fibres, preserving them for crucial moments like that final sprint.
So the work you put in on the bike is maximised from the work put in at the gym.
