What do you want in 2026?

2025 is wrapping up. Take a moment to think about your year.
What did you accomplish? What challenges did you overcome?
Now, look ahead to 2026. What excites you? What do you want to achieve?
Consider setting goals in three key areas:
Physical: Try "exercise snacking." Do short bursts of activity throughout your day. A 2-minute walk or quick set of squats every hour can boost your fitness and offset the effects of sitting.
Mental: Spend 15 minutes in nature daily. It's proven to improve mental functioning, memory, and mood. A simple way to reduce stress and increase focus.
Relationships: Set aside weekly time for creativity and play with your partner. Try a new hobby or learn a skill together. It's a powerful way to decrease stress and increase joy in your relationship.
Remember, start small. Celebrate progress. Don't beat yourself up over setbacks.
What's your plan for 2026? You don't need to have it all figured out. Just focus on that first step.
