Delicious Egg Recipe from Yesterday's Video

Building muscle and losing fat doesn’t mean your meals have to be boring. With a little creativity, you can enjoy food that’s both delicious and in line with your goals.


As promised, here’s the Egg Recipe from yesterday’s breakfast video:


Ingredients:

  • Butter: 1 tsp (for the pan)
  • Granulated Garlic: A sprinkle (picked mine up at Costco)
  • Eggs: 3 whole eggs + 1/2 cup egg whites
  • Spices: Salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, rosemary
  • Bread: 4 slices of sourdough, toasted
  • Butter for Toast: 1/2 tbsp
  • Balsamic Glaze: A light drizzle (optional, but so good!)


Instructions:

  1. Warm the pan with butter and granulated garlic.
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and pour in the egg whites.
  3. Season with salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and rosemary.
  4. While the eggs cook, toast 4 slices of sourdough bread.
  5. Spread butter on the toast and add a drizzle of balsamic glaze to the eggs.
