Losing Fat Doesn’t Have to Be Hard

Here’s the truth: losing fat doesn’t have to be complicated or miserable.
You don’t need to eat 6 meals a day just because someone you admire does it. What truly matters is that your plan is individualized to you—your schedule, your energy, and your needs.
My eating habits revolve around managing my work and energy levels. I have ADHD, so distractions like big meals during the day make me tired and sluggish. To keep my energy and productivity high:
- My daytime meals are small, easy to digest, and keep me focused.
- In the evening, I focus on hitting my calorie and macronutrient needs for fat loss and muscle building.
And here’s the kicker—I always include something I look forward to eating. Some people call it “junk,” but I call it a “reward I enjoy.” It’s part of the plan, not something I cut out.
