Sufi Class Reminder

The Sufi Class starts tomorrow at 8 am and will go for about 90 minutes. Please give yourself some extra time between the class and other meetings as you will likely be in an altered state at the end.
It is better to eat a light breakfast or wait to eat until after the class. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and have a cover nearby in case you get cold.
