I am subbing for two other Sufi teachers this Sunday and Monday. This is your chance to try out the Sufi meditation work on a different day.

Join me tomorrow, February 5th at 8 AM (in the morning) PDT for 2 hours of breath, movement and sound that will revive your spirits and put you in an exquisite state of peace, contentment and creative imagination.

And/or come on Monday, February 6 at 10:30 AM PDT, especially if you find an 8 AM class a little daunting.

Wear comfortable clothes to move in, give yourself some floor space and a blanket in case you get cold.

You are encouraged to give yourself some extra time between this class and other activities as you will likely feel very different at the end.
