Sufi Class Reminder

The Sufi Class starts tomorrow at 8 am and will go for about 90 minutes. Please give yourself some extra time between the class and other meetings as you will likely be in a very different state at the end.
It is better to eat a light breakfast or wait to eat until after the class. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and have a cover nearby in case you get cold.
