Especially when I was constantly running after toddlers and now that I am running teens around everywhere🙌🏼 ➡️ I remember being at the playground with my kids and wishing I had enough energy to run around with them ➡️ I remember when “they” said to work out to have more energy but I didn’t have the energy to work out ➡️ I remember when I wished I could just take a nap every day😴 🤷🏻‍♀️I thought I was mostly a healthy eater but then I realized I wasn’t, so I tried something new and 👏🏼👏🏼 ⠀ Now I have SO MUCH ENERGY and I’m SO THANKFUL! 🙌🏼 I can even go rock climbing and hike for miles! 😂😂😂🌳🌳🌳 I did a program that helped me ⭐️eat for fuel ⭐️ to identify foods that were causing inflammation in my body ⭐️ to eat for stable blood sugars ⭐️To eat for gut health ⠀ I learned with this and my other studies, that the foods we eat give us the energy we crave.
