Set a workout goal for the week. While you should definitely move every day, a good place to start is by setting a weekly workout goal. Remember there is a difference between Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating. This is a touchy subject and social media is often part of the problem. So if you know somebody who is struggling, show them some love and understand.

Make the right change. When cutting back on unhealthy foods in your diet, it’s important to replace them with healthy alternatives. Replacing dangerous trans fats with healthy fats (such as switching fried chicken for grilled salmon) will make a positive difference to your health. Switching animal fats for refined carbohydrates, though (such as switching your breakfast bacon for a donut), won’t lower your risk for heart disease or improve your mood. Comment, Share and Save
You can start at home If you aren’t ready to join a gym, you can get started with strength training at home. With some basic equipment, you can start strength training in your own time and on your own terms. If you don’t have any equipment yet, you can substitute with household items. I had my fair share of accidents in the gym but the biggest once werent my fault. I once dropped a 42 kg dumbbell on my head because my training partner thought I should crank one more out... I am looking at you Thomas and i won't let that one go LOL
