If you’re looking to make long-term, sustainable change to your eating habits, try incorporating any one of these habits ⬆️ to your daily routine. ? In my experience coaching clients, I’ve found that the best approach to adopting new habits is to simplify: adopt *one* habit at a time. Practice the habit for a week or two. Then continue to apply the habit for another week or two. ?? Once the action becomes a habit, then, and only then, should you adopt a new habit. Which of these four habits do you struggle with the most and why? Let me know in the comments. I’ll do my best to provide friendly suggestions to help make them less of a struggle ?

That is a tough nut to crack and to be honest only one answer is correct ;) While both the berries fall under the low-calorie fruits, strawberries are much lower in calories when compared with the blueberries. Strawberries also contain lesser carbohydrates and sugar than blueberries. But blueberries are known to have more fibre. The fibre content in the berries make them an absolute powerhouse under fruits. There is one catch: Both make the famous "Dirty Dozen" list! Are You Adventurous? So would You rather eat blue or red? ? When you think of foods on a continuum—as opposed to “good” or “bad”—you can practice consistently making better choices but without making any foods off-limits. ? Think of it as a game: How can you play “make this meal just a little bit better” while being realistic, and without trying to be “perfect” in every situation? ? Here’s how that food continuum might look when it comes to transforming your breakfast.
When it comes to dealing with #stress, each of us has a unique “recovery zone”, whether that’s physical or psychological, and our recovery zone depends on several factors. Generally, the recovery zone looks like the image above. ⬇️ If the stressor is too low — not enough to cause a reaction — then nothing will happen. You’ll go along the same as before, no better or worse. ⬆️ If the stressor is too high — too strong, and/or lasts too long, outpacing your recovery ability — then you’ll eventually break down. ☺️ If the stressor is within your recovery zone — neither too much nor too little, and doesn’t last too long — then you’ll recover from it and get better. ? That optimum zone depends on your allostatic load (aka the stuff we're dealing with all at once), as well as how you perceive and respond to it. Remember, this is your individual stress zone — nobody else’s. To lead a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life, you must learn to manage your allostatic load. Some activities you can do to immediately boost your body's happy chemicals, activate your “rest and digest” nervous system, and start building your stress resilience include: • a relaxing walk (especially outside); • getting moderate sunshine; • mindfulness practice and meditation; • having sex (seriously); and • snuggling a loved one or pet.

The main difference between Cereal and Oat is that the Cereal is a grass of which the fruits are used as grain, or the fruits themselves and Oat is a species of plant. (Source: Ask Difference) But if you eat the breakfast cereal kind, you know with a tiger or rooster on the box, you might be eating loads of sugar as well. Some say, oatmeal just plainly taste like, well... nothing. True True, but there you can spice it up with some cinnamon etc. You stay fuller longer with the oats due to its higher fiber content but the box cereal says it has got more vitamin A, iron, and vitamin B compared to a whole grain cereal. But who eats these? What Would YOU rather eat? Share with a friend and ask him :)
